Executive Coaching focuses on you as an individual, the person, and any change you want to make including preparing for promotion, starting a new position, overcoming a mid-career plateau or increasing impact. Common challenges for Executives tend to be responding to constant change; meeting business goals and objectives; decision-making under pressure; developing strategies to address growth areas; leading effectively; handling competing priorities; improving communication skills; and increasing overall performance. There are however many, many more. Over a series of coaching sessions, I work with clients to address both external and internal challenges and themes. The number and frequency of sessions varies depending on client requirements. Common arrangements include 4 – 6 sessions initially. For longer term requirements, sessions are covered through a variety of fee arrangements including monthly or annual retainers. Sessions are always based on the client’s agenda but often cover:

Whilst the focus here is often career performance, Performance Coaching can extend to learning a new skill, working on an existing skill or discipline or simply doing better in any aspect of work or life. It involves identifying tangible goals, and developing strategies to reach these goals by increasing focus, motivation and impact. Regardless of the area or current level of competence, productivity and performance increases with a renewed motivation and sense of fulfilment.
